Smooth Flava Swing Out

Swing Out dancing is a beneficial health enhancing physical activity.
An active lifestyle that includes at least 150 minutes per week of an aerobic moderate intensity level activity, such as dancing, can improve overall health including:

*Maintain healthy weight *Increased balance/posture
*Increase endurance/stamina *Improve muscle tone
*Body awareness/self-esteem *Reduce arthritis pain
*Reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety
